
Had a wonderful experience at the new restaurant, Oda Pizzeria Bistro. This is not a regular “pizza joint”, its more upscale and serves pasta dishes and other menu items. Great Craft Cocktails! We started the evening with appetizers.
GRILLED OCTOPUS- Romesco, mint, heirloom tomatoes, baby arugula, and LOCAL SHRIMP AND CHORIZO- Gulf pink shrimp, charred peppers, parsley, shallot, Spanish chorizo, lemon. Both were delicious! Next, we ordered the BURRATA & ARUGULA PIZZA-Red sauce, burrata, mozzarella, garlle, prosciutto, arugula, and EVOO. The pizza was perfectly cooked. I love Burratta and pizza may be my new favorite thing. For dessert, I ordered Limoncello Cake, which had a wonderful lemon flavor, soft texture, and a light Limoncello flavor. Perfect ending to a great meal and I had it with a Pink Panther Negroni. ( One of the best Negroni I had in a while). I was thoroughly impressed by the craftsmanship of the mixologist.
Friendly and engaging service of the wait staff. Overall my experience was great. Definitely will be going often for date night. I suggest get over there and try them for yourself, won’t be disappointed. Thank you Toni Dedaj for opening this place. You did a great job!
